Option 1: At home (2 mins)
Most of your jewellery can be cleaned at home with simple soap and warm water mixture, as well as using a soft toothbrush, which can help release the pieces of dirt trapped in any tricky spots. Keep an extra bowl or cup with plain room temperature water, so you can clean off the soapy mixture. To dry, simply lay your Jewellery on a tea towel, or alternatively, use a paper towel.
Option 2: In store (5 mins)
We understand life is busy, so we offer anyone visiting our store to ask our friendly staff to do a quick clean for you, using our in-store Ultrasonic machine. The ultrasonic works by sending soundwaves through the cleaning solution, to get deep inside the grooves & cracks to help trapped dirt out. Any jewellery with Emeralds unfortunately cannot go into an ultrasonic cleaner, as they are very delicate stones.
Option 3 (Professional (Approx. 1 week)
Some jewellery may need a little extra TLC, in that case we offer a professional clean & polish, along with a thorough check over all settings for gemstones and diamond jewellery. We recommend this service once a year, to prevent stones from falling out, and keep your pieces beautiful & sparkly.
